Hello all. I was just wondering if anyone knew of any dial-up modems that worked with Vista or if any companies have posted any driver updates or patches so that they work? I have a U.S. Robotics v.92 PCI Fax Winmodem model #5699 (internal) and it doesn't work. I've downloaded the newest drivers they have listed for my modem on the USR.com website and I still get the error message saying that the driver interface has shut down. I have done everything I can think of to remedy this problem and it still isn't working. So, I was just wondering if anyone had a modem that worked (besides the Intel 569 chipset modem) or a place where I can get a beta driver or better yet, a modem with a driver that I can download that works with Vista. Any help would be fantastic! Thanks for all the info in advance!!!
CHEERS! Dave
